Was dispatched for delivery via AusPost on 15th December 2025. It's now 24th December 2025 and I don't even know if it has been delivered yet and have received no delivery update.

I cannot rate the card because the recipient has not received it yet. Not the fault of Moonpig, but rather USPS. If you track this Priority Mail envelope, it has gone up and down the east coast twice and taken almost a week on a package that is guaranteed 2 day delivery. Moonpig may want to look at other shipping options other than USPS. This is not an isolated incident, as the card that introduced me to Moonpig took 3 days to arrive, and I live less than 30 miles from your shipping location. Mike
