I paid extra for next day delivery. To arrive on fathers day (sunday 19th) It arrived 3 days later (wed 22nd) I use you frequently. But this was v dissapointing. Not impressed.

Really sad that my Father’s Day gift order was first mis-processed and then ‘lost in transit’ and it was too late to order another. Money was refunded but that doesn’t make up for the disappointment.
