The beer arrived shattered as the bottles weren’t packed properly. I tried to get a refund through the AI assistant but haven’t heard anything back. Last time I send a gift with Moonpig. Dissapointing

Again, this was supposed to be delivered a week ago & has not arrived. The support section of the app doesn’t work & I can’t get a response to my email yet you are asking for feedback. The service is terrible & it has spoiled a special occasion for my dad. It is a week late

Arrived smashed recipient refused delivery, all Moonpig wanted to do was refund but by a credit to my account not a refund to my card. Not ok when it was a present what are you supposed to do at short notice. I was told this item was out of stock so I asked for this to be substituted. It was and was told it would be at no cost to myself. New card and gift resent arrived next day. Upon checking the price of the replacement gift it was £2 cheaper. No big deal I know but it would have been nice to get a refund and perhaps the delivery change refunded. The previous order I made for a gift & card did not arrive I had to chase up it ended up been a week late once it had been reordered. Think it’s time to try another company. A shame as I have used Moonpig a lot.
