Order didn’t arrive, was told by AI that it was ‘lost’ when I queried why I hadn’t received it. I asked for a replacement item to be sent with next day delivery by Moonpig but they refused. Awful service & very disappointed family members who now do not have their Christmas card from children/grandchildren.

Fast delivery and very good price
Cards were delivered flat & when folded along the crease the front & back didn’t match up the front was longer than the back so the cards looked a mess.
