1st time using MoonPig and really impressed with speed from order in Sydney to delivery in London
Good card, recipient loved it
Product was delivered with the front of the card posted on both front and back and upside down. Message inside the card was presumably from somebody else’s purchase and didn’t include the message I sent. Would not recommend!

Delivery was very delayed, I ordered with 3 days of leeway and it still arrived 2 days after the event :(

Card on time
Good. Funny. Disappointed arrived LATE
Was not delivered by required date. Very very disappointed
There isn't much to say about a birthday card that is only mildly amusing the first time it's looked at. It was about the right price I'd expect to pay for a greetings card these days, which would have been fine if not for the inflated delivery charge. Still, I'm bound to use Moonpig again, because I'm exceptionally lazy and don't like going into actual shops because I find the general public largely grating. Thank God (not that I'm a believer in far fetched things like that) for internet shopping, otherwise I'd have to engage with real people. Thanks, Moonpig.
Arrived after the birthday date 0n 17/05 missed the date and the point of posting
I've used Moonpig many times over the years, both in this country and in Australia and the US, and I've always rated them highly, so much so that this year I signed up to Moonpig Plus. Sadly, this time they let me down badly: on May 8th I ordered a card for an American friend's birthday on May 11th, which the site said would arrive on that day. Not only did it not arrive on the day, it still hadn't by the 15th. On checking the website, I was offered an option of re-sending the card, which I chose as, even though the card was already several days late, it would take still longer if I posted it myself from the UK (the site gave a delivery date of the 18th). Sadly, as of today (the 18th) this second card hasn't arrived, though the initial one (postmarked the 9th) did finally arrive yesterday. Frankly, this just isn't good enough: both cards arrived late, one by six days (I'm assuming the second one will arrive eventually), with no apology and no offer of compensation (even a token amount). Nice cards, but when you're dealing with cards for special occasions reliability counts above all else - when it has to be there on the day, a day or two late spoils everything. I won't be renewing my Moonpig Plus subscription.
Printing on the inside right of the card bled onto the inside left of the card.
