Daughter hasn’t received it yet, was not expecting such prompt service….we are very pleased with the card and the service! Thank you so much!
The card was not delivered but an email was received to say a successful delivery had been made. When I clicked the tracking info in the email it told me the delivery had failed. This is because the card was a four sized and did not fit in the letter box so was coming by Royal Mail 24 and was not delivered by the regular postman, and the parcel delivery postman failed to find the house. Unfortunately no one was in and so he wasn't able to get past the security gate which gives private access to five houses. He could have tried a neighbours house but did not bother to do this. A redelivery was attempted to the next day and although the recipient was in comma the buzzer did not get breast, suggesting the postman and did not find the correct house number. No card was left by royal mail because they were unable to get access to the letterbox. No email was received for the second delivery. A delivery was a rescheduled and was successfully made four days after the birthday for which the card was intended.
