Lovely quality. Unfortunately I failed to delete “add text” as I thought this was for guidance perhaps it would be helpful to inform customers that you have to delete these words yourself. Staff were extremely helpful when I completed a virtual chat and was reimbursed the cost so as to reorder minus “add text”!
