Product was fine but it wasn't delivered by the due date - confirmed as 4 May and arrived on 7 May which was a day after the birthday so was a complete waste of time and money. If Moonpig had managed expectations I could have made an informed decision. Moonpig said, when I investigated that they had a time window up to 7 May. This was not stated on the confirmation of the order.
