Was supposed to arrive Friday (the recipient's birthday), wasn't even sent until Saturday, arrived Sunday. Zero communication, no reason given for delay, nor apology, just an automatic request for a review, hence I've written one.

The gin should have been delivered to Mrs E Lumley but was delivered to my great grandson aged 12. I have no idea how. I thought I'd filled out the order correctly.
