Card did not arrive and still weeks later hasnt. Help chat was automated and honestly not useful. Difficult to sort out and took over a week after which they didn’t even dispatch a new card. Only refunded the original cost, with no credit or anything. After this awful experience and a Mother’s Day card not arriving I won’t use them again, they have been succeeded by better companies.
