I’m sorry to say, but you told me that the card would be delivered by Thursday but unfortunately it wasn’t.. it came on Friday!!!

The card took 9 days to arrive , i spoke to the online chat twice when it hasn’t arrived after 43 days and nothing had been offered - this was not the 1st class delivery paid for and the card was useless when arrived as had missed the birthday .
