I am not happy at all - I ordered it for my grandsons Birthday which was yesterday 7th August. I was told it would arrive on the 2nd but on the 6th had not arrived. I would like an explanation and a refund please !

I ordered a card on 17th June for my sons birthday on 25th June. Put 23rd for delivery to him (in Australia) had a post from Moonpig saying it was out for delivery on 23rd. When I was speaking to him on his birthday 25th June, he had not received it. Very annoying given the notice they had. Not sure if I'll use them again. I suppose I'll now get the standard response that they send to everyone, saying contact customer services blah blah blah. Not good enough Moonpig. Up your game!
