Ordered on the Monday for a birthday on Thursday so assumed I would have plenty of time. The card arrived on the Friday. Whilst I appreciate that the issue is probably more about the state of the postal system I think that Moonpig should start looking at alternatives to Royal Mail. If you pay over £5 for postage and packing it should not take 4 days. Amazon and many other mail order companies can manage next day. In my view a 4 day delivery for 1st class is not acceptable and paying extra for a tracked service for a £3.99 card is unacceptable and I will not use the service again.
