Card arrived a little bent. Delivery slow even though I paid first class, this has happened a few times. Once I paid second class for my Neice and first for my daughter after ordering same day and different day for birthdays my nieces came first.

Although promised to deliver on the 20th December and paid £5.50 my daughter has still not received her Christmas card
