I paid for first class stamp on this delivery a week ago and my firmed has still not received it. Very disappointed with this. I will not be using moonpig again.

PRODUCT WAS GREAT, HOWEVER THE DELIVERY WAS COMPLETELY RUINED AS I PAID FOR DELIVERY OF THIS ORDER ON THE SATURDAY AND IT WAS ONLY DELIVERED ON MONDAY WHICH TOTALLY RUINED THE SURPRISE

Card was excellent as was the gift. The Royal Mail delivery proved time wasting of their resources. DELIVERY REQUESTED WAS SPECIFIED FOR WEDNESDAY AS THE RECIPIENT WAS AWAY ON HOLIDAY,but Royal Mail turned up Monday then Tuesday leaving instructions each time NO ONE AT HOME RETURNED TO DEPOT.Finally delivery was sorted for SATURDAY.Luckily the gift of chocolates just about survived the coming and goings.Will not order again.
