The product was fair, cost including postage a bit heavy. What spoilt the experience was trying to get out of the "Money Back" promotion at the very end. Really regret accidentally tapping to proceed. Took age to try & sort. Your people advised they cold not do anything as it's a third party app - whose who controls/runs your website, you or someone else?. Then I spent more time with the 3rd party trying to avoid paying out anything - to no avail. Now I'm dreading the bank statement, which if anything is taken out will entail more work. Please stop these add on bits.

The card was colourful and pretty with the added bonus of personalising it. The recipient was delighted. I added a promotion so that was great thank you. Delivery was spot on too

If Moonpigs other cards are anything to go by I'm sure that this one was fine. Unfortunately probably due to our now sporadic and failing Royal Mail it didn't arrive at all although others I ordered at the same time did. Better luck next time eh? Having been contacted by Moonpig and been helped most efficiently I have now found the card in the gift box. My apologies to both Moonpig and Royal Mail.

The card is superb and the recipient was well impressed. Only one small thing I couldn’t find any options for the font on the front page though. Speed of delivery is exceptionally fast too. I feel this is a great service. Thank you.
