The wrong card was sent out for Father's day, it was someone's birthday card. All they did was refund me and say they couldn't resend. Very disappointed

For the 3rd consecutive time, a card ordered from Moonpig was a day late. This was the last chance I gave and they failed.

Sent a message on your automated service. The reply was that someone would be in touch. Nobody did. Message inside the card did not appear after double checking it was. My Father received his card no knowing who it was from. Not a very happy Father’s Day card for him. Would like a full refund. Used Moonpig many times never any problems.
