Arrived broken in box. Not very well packaged, so no surprise. However, moonpig were quick to make this right and I would hesitate to recommend their customer service

the lager is great, freedom are a respectable brand and its a nice touch to have a good quality glass...my problem is that the gifts come as separate deliveries, so I wanted one card and three gifts, which would have meant 4 deliveries. I reduced down to one gift and it arrived without the card, which arrived a few hours later, causing confusion. Everything has to come from different suppliers, get that. You do have the option to have the different bits sent to you but that will double your postage costs. The recipient's experience was the assumption that the beer was a mistake.
