Ordering easy and speedy delivery. But have marked down a star because, according to the recipient, there was no indication of who sent it! I sent the gift set as a moving -in present to friends. After some days of not hearing from them, I queried with them if anything had arrived … ‘ah ha’ they said, that solves the mystery package!

Product arrived damaged and Moonpig would not send out a replacement after requesting several times only to tell me we will refund you which takes 15 days but you are welcome to reorder. Bad customer service when they have dropped the ball. Will be using another card company from now on.

Awful DO NOT purchase. Diffuser was smashed to pieces, this was a gift I bought for my family member and she had thrown it away before taking pictures and Moonpig refused to replace it. Not happy

The package did not arrive on time and couldn't be delivered because there was no-one to receive it on the unexpected (later) date. The recipient had to make two journeys to the sorting office as there was no-one available to find the package the first time. This is partly a complaint against Royal Mail and not entirely Moonpig's fault, except for their choice of Royal Mail. When the package was opened, the contents were not complete and the remaining two items (a bottle of sparkling wine and an oil diffuser bottle) were broken. The unfortunate person whose anniversary was not exactly enhanced by two journeys to town and a spoilt gift, then had to send me a photograph, which I had to upload to the Moonpig "Chat". I DO object to that word in this context. I was not chatting; I was making a complaint, which, with all its palaver, took me half a precious, busy morning. The money was refunded eventually. The final cost to me was £31.02 for 2 small boxes of chocolate and 1 birthday card NOT delivered. The real person with whom I was connected eventually, was apologetic and offered a "goodwill" voucher of £5 to be placed on my account toward the cost of future purchases. I think their money is safe. My view is that it should have been enough to cover the cost of a card.
