The quality of the product received was unsatisfactory. I had anticipated a personalized card, designed by myself and printed by Moonpig. Regrettably, the outcome was disappointing. A significant design element, specifically a large heart, was only partially reproduced on the final product. Furthermore, Moonpig has not yet responded to my inquiries regarding this issue. The item was delivered on February 17th, despite an earlier email communication guaranteeing Valentine's Day delivery on the 14th if ordered within a 10-hour window.

I have not received my card and have contacted you 3x just to be told wait another days however clearly this was bought for valentines, now 3 days ago. Not great at all and if it does ever arrive it was just be scrap for the bin.
