This item has still not arrived and has missed the opportunity to give at his birthday party! I paid for 24hr tracked delivery service and given an ETA of the following day but we are 4 days on and no sign of it.

I paid for my dads birthday card to be delivered the day before his birthday as it was on a Sunday so I paid extra for it to be delivered on the Saturday .and it got delivered on the Monday .so not good at all

You delivered after the date you were supposed to. You made me miss my Dad's special birthday. Big disappointment. I'm going to stop using Moonpig now. You've let me down too many times and don't bother to do anything about it :(

Card came with my other card I ordered, without envelopes on either, agreed to one person not to each individual separately. And they were late. I'm not using moon pig again. When I ordered cards for fathers day the 2 cards went to the opposite address. When my step brother once sent a card to my stepdad, it had a woman's name inside. Too many mistakes.
