The product is fine - no problem but the card was not delivered on the day I specified and so was one day late for my friends birthday. Most disappointing

I still have not received this card, 10 days later, which is very unusual and when I contacted them, they weren't able to help and said it was down to royal mail, which I understand, but now I have had to go and buy another one for a work colleague and am out of pocket.
Sadly, very poor service! Ordered a card, beers and chocolates for a retirement birthday for one of our contractors for 24 hour delivery. Turns out they use royal mail 24 tracked. Had an email saying it would be delivered on the expected day between 12-4pm, but no sign of it. 2 Days later and still no sign of it and the customer service was very poor from moonpig - basically no apology and either re-send same way, or refund. Neither helps as the person thought we forgot their birthday. Clearly they have been let down by their chosen delivery service, but will not use them again for this reason.
