Good service
Product might be great, but Moonpig/Royal Mail have let us down 2 years running. Paid for 24hr delivery and it took 6 days (same as last year). Appalling service

I can’t rate the product as I did not receive the card. This has never happened before. It was very disappointing and meant I had to go out on my husbands birthday and buy replacement cards.

NEVER ARRIVED!! on 2 separate occasions discusting service no point ever useing again if the best you can do is pretend to resend it and it never arrives and when I tell you for the second time it STILL didn't arrive all that is done is an automatic generic response and resend the original card was due to be delivered on the 8th February 8 Days before my son's birthday the second was due to arrive on the 20th of February 4 Days after my son's birthday (pointless) and now it has been re ordered again im speechless!!! You have shamefully let me Down and left my son Wondering what the hell is going on

Cards never arrived. It’s been a week and no sign of them , birthdays I needed them for have passed. So disappointed.
Not very impressed with your service...wont be using you again.Ordered it Saturday for Sunday delivery...it arrived Thursday...paid a lot of money for that delivery...i wrote to you on Thursday expressing my disgust..not even a reply back. Disgraceful service.
