The card aspect was excellent, the non-delivery of the book also ordered and paid very adversely spoiled the intended birthday wishes. Kindly acknowledge and advise of your proposal to minimise the adverse impact experienced.

Super quick delivery and good value.

Product was good , spoilt by the late arrival. Paid extra for next day delivery, your acknowledgment said delivery would be on Sunday 17th, but delivery was by Post office, so that was not possible. Card was eventually delivered on Tuesday 19th, not quite what I paid for!

Great card but it was not delivered on the Moonpig ‘guaranteed’ date so the quality of the card becomes immaterial. The much cheaper conventional method with a stamp and a postbox would have delivered a better result.
