They never received the card even though I ordered a week before. Second card sent so will see if that gets there.

Moonpig did excellent with this card and the fact it was going to be delivered on a Sunday was an added bonus. Unfortunately Post office let you down! we were notified of delivery between 11:00 and 5:00 which changed later too 7:30pm! Still not a problem. Then mid afternoon received a message to say that they had tried to deliver at 1:45 but unfortunately we were not in! We were in and when we went back over our CCTV we had not had any delivery from anyone at that time or around that time. Received the card on Monday put through the letter box!!

Cards are always received late which is not acceptable for special occasions despite your delivery date being well before the due date. I will stop using your service as this is common unfortunately
