I don't think anything is wrong with Moonpig! I am Steve T and sent a card to Steve B. Did I get that right? Royal MaiI asks me "Dear Steve B, How was our Service etc. I replied that I'm Steve T (the Sender). They haven't replied as far as I know. Steve B is my daughter's partner and not known for his "Thank-you messages"! So I don't know what happened. Great card though!

Unfortunately I had to give you a low score because of Royal Mail. The order was placed on the Monday, you sent it on the Monday, but it did not get delivered until the Saturday. 6 days. The birthday was on the Saturday so it got there just in time, but not until the afternoon. If I can't rely on the post, then I can't rely on you or any other company. Not your fault but you get tarred with the same brush unfortunately.
