There is no doubt that the quality of the card was acceptable, but the delivery was not. it arrived three days late and therefore missed the Birthday that it was intended for. Not Good Enough Moonpig! If you say that a card is going to arrive on this date it has to arrive on that date or it is quite literally not worth the paper it is printed on.
