Unfortunately due to a technical error the voucher was cancelled by Moonpig and not delivered in time for Christmas. I don't understand how the error could not be rectified by your team and reissued as per the order. I had to restart the order from scratch. Very disappointing

Never turned up for my nanna and grandad ended up speaking too moon pig team told them that parcel was ment too be with my nanna and grandad for the 27th I wanted until 31st of December it still didnt turn up so I contacted moonpig and they help me and explained and refunded my money
