The card was lovely however I requested it be delivered on my sons birthday with the 2 and 1 balloons, and the card arrived on 26th June, the 2 arrived later that day and the 1 did not arrive until Monday 29th and he had gone on holiday. So not ideal considering the cost.
Again this was to celebrate my son’s 1st year in business!!! The balloon added to the surprise & was delivered on the specified day by DPD safe & sound!!! Thankyou so much!!!
It arrived burst the courier had crush the box
The balloon was not cheap, and arrived with the string taped to the balloon on the wrong side. I complained and received £5 credit, which expires in 6 months, not really acceptable in my eyes. There needs to be a serious review of the Quality Control procedures and some training provided to ensure staff are able to correctly orientated numbers 1 - 10.
