The order didn’t turn up, I’ve contacted customer services 5 times and they ignore me - so I’ve opened a chargeback for goods not received with my card issuer - they could just pay me my £25 for the balloons back, but now they’re going to have to foot the bill of a chargeback fee which will be at least £250 more if they accept the responsibility of the non receipt at the first opportunity. Silly billies! If they want to resolve this directly, they have my contact details and the card number to refund to 🤗
