Unfortunately the card I ordered never arrived! It was for a special birthday so it’s very disappointing. I don’t believe Moonpig are to blame but using Royal Mail is a mistake and other options should be looked at.

Horrendous service, no communication, the card was cancelled and then arrived a month late and with no initial compensation until I argued for it. This has now happened three times consecutively and I would urge everyone to really reconsider using Moonpig. It is so appalling.

The card had printing marks on the inside and the card quality us so thin, like paper. Chose the larger card and after an hour of standing it up it was bending. I think they are compromising on quality for sure as I'm a repeat customer. Alas no more.

It came without an envelope and I was told that they do not send out replacements!
