Claimed a refund as the ink was smudged inside the card. The card was clearly folded and enveloped too soon after printing

I understand that my card was ordered in the middle of the festive season, that said, it did give me the option for the ideal day for card to arrive, I would have excepted a couple of days late but 6🤔. I am now wondering how many more cards I’ve ordered have arrived late, as I don’t always get an acknowledgment.
