The item was asked to be delivered on the 15/06/2023. It still has not arrived 19/06/2023. and has missed my brothers birthday which was the 18th. I ordered on the 11th so thought that was within plenty’s of time as the app was suggesting days for the 13th. Very disappointed with the outcome and it will certainly make me think closely before using again.
Happy with card but very disappointed that it did not arrive in time. I ordered in plenty of time but instead of being delivered on Friday 9th it arrived on Monday 12th. This was to central London. When I have ordered in the past cards normally arrive day before. I believe it was dispatched on Wednesday 7th so looks as if Royal Mail were responsible. This is unacceptable given the price of postage
Ok for male in another country that probably is missing Guiness But cannot comment on moonpig properly until I know they get it on time because recent cards to Mew Zealand have been arriving late even this I ordered in plenty of time .
