This large shortbread selection tin contains a fine selection of shortbread: Original Recipe Shortbread, Shortbread with Stem Ginger, Shortbread with Rich Chocolate Chip and Shortbread with Dark Chocolate & Orange. Shortbread House uses the traditional method of making the shortbread fingers, by baking the dough in trays and cutting them into fingers with a knife while still warm from the oven. The tin features the Scottish national flower, the thistle.

Each 500g tin contains two trays of ten shortbread fingers. Each tray is individually sealed in polypropylene.
