I wanted a card without a pre-printed message which is what I thought I'd ordered. When I received the confirmation email I used the chatroom with one of your staff and was told the order was already being processed and nothing could be done. This was despite it only being a few minutes after placing the order and saying there was no rush for it.

Arrived in an envelope with 2 other cards to the wrong address. The other 2 cards had to be sent on, supplying two envelopes and postage. Completely missed the date for the anniversary.
