Arrived broken - mail guy took it back Been on to Moonpig - well an AI bot for over 20 mins waiting for a human to sort it out. Beyond disappointing and frustrating.Things get broken I don't have an issue with that as it can be replaced or refunded BUT AI bots just replying an agent will be with you - and no idea of a wait time and no way to email anyone is not acceptable.
