The balloons were good, matched the description in size etc and appreciated by the birthday boy. My main complaint would be the delivery. The day I’d booked it for I got a message stating that they tried to deliver but couldn’t, as at least 2 people were in all day it wasn’t due to no one being available to answer the door. They then promised to deliver the next day and didn’t so the delivery was 2 days late which for a birthday present isn’t ideal especially for something like balloons which have a shortish lifespan.
