Inflated with helium and delivered by courier in one of our signature boxes, our foil balloons are filled to last. We guarantee five days of floatation, or we'll replace your balloon at no extra cost.

Not great, delivered in battered box, looked like it had been trodden on, kicked about, therefore couldn't leave it the box for my daughter, don't think balloon will last long either it's going soft soft at the top already, previous one i ordered in Febuary lasted 6 weeks!!

Balloon is great, the box was really bashed about though
Even though DPD had the parcel for delivery on Friday 13 March (i was notified by email) DPD choose not to deliver the parcel at the allocated time slot. They didn't bother to try on the saturday or Sunday 15 March. Birthday has lapsed on Friday 13 March and I am unable to get a refund for failure to deliver as promised in the DPD email. Shocked and disappointed with Moonpig.

Bit expensive, but ok
DPD disgraceful.. not delivered on 13th took 3 days Now Delivered today 3 days late .
not impressed with the delivery.
