My grandson loved the card but it was delivered late and missed his actual birthday despite paying extra which was disappointing

Loved the card, such good quality and i like being able to personalise it, it makes it even more special.
Order process is over complicated. This resulted in me ordering the same card with the same personal message, twice. Tried to cancel one of the cards but couldn't as payment had already been made. Surely Moonpig should have a system in place to ask if this was an error. I've since deleted the app.
