DPD delivered it a day late not happy as it was a birthday present!!! And no update to say it wasn't coming in the day very disappointed 😔

Disappointed, since it looked nothing like what it shows in the picture!!! Plus you arrived late with the flower. whilst the rest of the presents were already here. Spoiled the surprise.

Delivered a day late, left in foyer of building. I am attaching pictures of the flowers my friend received. Not really like the picture on the website. I was a little embarrassed to be honest. Oh well, lesson learned..

Great quality flowers really nice
Product was nice but pointless as had no end of issues and arrived a day late! Customer service staff tried to help but can not even liaise with their own delivery company! Second time I have ordered flowers and the second time I have had an issue, so I won’t be ordering again (especially when you only pay so much to get delivery directly on the day of the event)!
Ordered the large bouquet & flowers arrived in such poor condition, only a handful could be salvaged. Moonpig arranged for a replacement to be sent the following day which were in no better condition. Safe to say I will NEVER order flowers from Moonpig again! Completely disappointed with service & total waste of money!

Bouquet small, even the large size one. Lilies didn't open and the flowers died quickly despite the correct care.

Very Very Expensive against other flourish and what arrived was really poor and nothing like the photo, also added for a bigger bunch extra and felt just ended up extortionate.
