You did not deliver Anyone would think delivering a birthday card would be the minimum basic capability for moonpig , apparently not

Did not arrive until 7:45 pm on my grandson's birthday and was put in the wrong letterbox. My daughter had to go around the street to find it. Royal Mail did not do a good job

Please try and provide more realistic delivery dates for the USA

Card itself was good, apparently, but I paid for the more expensive delivery- named day delivery on the day of a birthday - and it was received 3 days later, so recipient and I were disappointed about that.
arrived with no envelope on the day i was attending 30th birthday. I had to go to shops and purchase a card to get an envelope. Very poor
