What do I need to know?
Your voucher is valid for two people.
Minimum age: 18 years.
This voucher is valid for new customers only.
This voucher is not valid for gift or trial boxes.
One voucher per customer and per household.
Once redeemed you will be signed up to a flexible weekly subscription.
The deadline for cancelling or making changes to your order is Wednesday midnight the week before delivery is due.
Voucher codes are not redeemable against any premium meal selections or surcharge items as confirmed on the supplier’s website.
Valid for UK residents only (including Jersey and Guernsey), excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Cannot cater for dietary requirements.
If you do not pause or cancel your subscription you will receive and be charged for subsequent boxes. They will be charged to your card as entered in payment details when signing up for the deal. Once purchased, this voucher is non-refundable.

I bought this as an extra gift for my son , because he’s used hello Fresh before so thought ok that will suit him but it’s proving to be extremely difficult for him to activate and get it ???? He’s out of work just now and needs food !! But they want him to pay more !! I’m extremely disappointed I thought this would be nice as he lives far away from me !!!

Sooooooo dissapointed, the recipients have a Hello Fresh account already, and are regular users, so they we're not able to cash in the voucher. It was NOT made clear when I purchased the voucher that it was only valid if the recipients were a new customer. £20 wasted and both giver and recipient dissapointed!

I sent this to my nephew for a birthday present. I think it’s perfect. It gave them an opportunity to have a romantic time together without too much expense.

Voucher received but when tried to use on site came up with no longer available. This was two days after ordering and paying. Still on site as available. Most embarrassing as was a gift.

Unfortunately, as soon as the recipient cashed it in they were told that this voucher was invalid and they had to choose another gift from the buyagift store

Offer was no longer available when recipient went to redeem it and was left disappointed. Contacted chat support , worked with 2 representatives, neither was able to resolve issue so refund was proposed. Very disappointed in Moonpig’s response. Unlikley to order any add on gifts with future card orders.
HelloFresh refused to honour the gift as recipients were already members. Moonpig not refunding.
