Arrived just on return from hospital on a Sunday lovely x
Neither the card nor the chocolates were delivered to the consignee. It was addressed to Ian Jacques and we indicated that he is a patient at the Southmead Hospital in Bristol. The parcel was never delivered to him. We suspect that your driver just dumped the parcel at reception and made off. Subsequent enquiries at the hospital have revealed no sign of the parcel. When we address a consignment to a person we expect it to be delivered TO THAT PERSON.
