One of the bottles arrived broken. I sent an email and pictures and got no reply. The packaging was very poor, no fragile written in the box. The card came out great, but the beers are not worth the hassle. Better to go to the local off license.

Same with this - the item was destroyed from the rain. It was left in my porch under shelter for only 5 mins before I brought it in. So it must of been left out in the rain at the delivery center is my only guess. Extremely disappointing

This order was delivered smashed and leaking all over the porch. I contacted support and they said they could resend it but wouldn't mark it as fragile or do anything about the breakage. I am normally thrilled with this service so I was very upset.

It came in a cardboard box with a bit of brown paper, should have been bubble wrapped, one of the bottles were smashed, which ruined the gift.. very disappointing

I ordered a Hope beer gift set but it was poorly packed. When it arrived, the bottle was smashed and the card that inside the box was damaged. I expected better packaging, especially for a fragile item.

Surprised my Son with the Hope Beer Discovery Set for part of his Birthday gift and he was very pleased and he is looking forward to tasting them. He also liked the skull advertised packaging on the beers and the fact they are new world beers too 🍻

Arrived on time. However packaging was completely inadequate/non existent inside the outer delivery box particularly as this contained a glass bottle beer set - which had no chance therefore to arrive intact. Glass shards all over inside of outer box & all over bottles & presentation box. Barely rescued card & envelope & had to dry envelope on radiator! Utterly disappointed. Surprise element & gift for my husband ruined on our 10th Valentine's together. See photos below.
