This was bereavement card. Ordered 05Jun and selected earliest date of 08Jun for delivery. Contacted robot customer services 10Jun as on 09Jun was in Birmingham, and still there 10Jun. I was told lost in post and offered reprint, which I declined as funeral 11Jun. I was then offered credit to my account for full amount. I also declined this, as first time used Moonpig and thoroughly disappointed. I requested refund which was immediately processed.

This was a sympathy card for my life-long friend of over 60 years who has just lost her Husband, & for their daughters who have lost their Dad. I paid 25.79 AUD. I'm in the UK. It was disappointing to receive a message from yourselves that said the gate was locked when the delivery was attempted & that the card would need to be collected from an address over 30 minutes from my friend's address by 22nd April. I had to mail my friend who is grieving for her Husband & arranging his funeral, to inform her of this..I just think for a sympathy card, your policy should, at least, include another attempt for delivery. Therefore, I can't rate the quality or value of the product as you've asked, as she has yet to receive what I've paid for.

My niece and her husband were pleased to receive this card though it was at a very sad time. If I was being very critical, I would have liked part of the verse inside the card.
