Card wasn’t given to postal partner, ordered as they had in big bright letters GUARANTEED DELIVERY so felt safe to order, never again. I had to contact support to find out it likely was “lost” and was offered a credit to use on a future purchase when I asked for a refund to my card, I had to ask twice for a refund to be sent to my bank card and state I wouldn’t order from moonpig again so the credit was useless before I was told they’d fully refund me. A complete waste of my time and effort putting together a sentimental Father’s Day card that never showed up and had to get a sub par last minute unpersonalised card from a local shop. Convinced that you were inundated with orders you couldn’t process and rather than saying no to the business you let things like this happen and leave someone scrambling to arrange an alternative a day before the card was needed! Also love that I was sent an email to review how I found the service “did we nail it?” “Did they love it” well no? I’ve been in contact already, and you know I’ve been refunded and the card never delivered.
