Nothing wrong with the product, just problem with contacting Moonpig about wrong delivery address! Then this is the third message I've filled on for your product and it's Customer service that's failing and no matter what I write you still ignore me! So I will not be using my subscription I'm happier to lose my money, buy cards from shops and post them myself because you are just not contactable!🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶

My sister loved the birthday card. Personalised, added stickers etc. I was pleased with it too.

Card should have been delivered by 19 Jan ordered on 12th. As of 21 Jan still not delivered so cannot say what she thought of card. Bit disappointed as supposed to be first class post.
Great service and quality products
The card was great and arrived on time. My sister and I both sent cards to the Birthday girl (on different days, times and different accounts), Moonpig put then in the same envelope, which we felt was a little cheeky, seeing as though we had paid for postage on both cards. Also it is nice for the Birthday girl to open two cards.
Another great card amongst the many others - wonderful choices to suit all!
Arrived on day stated as requested. Birthday girl was delighted with her card.
