Card arrived torn due to packaging being ripped. There was also a letter missing on a word which wasn’t obvious on the preview

Great card as inustested - wonderful service & early delivery

Product was acceptable. Delivery was not. Despite recipient being at home, delivery said no one answered. After trying to deliver several times, recipient had to put notice on front door to tell deliverer that they were at home & to knock the door. Will not be ordering any parcels again.

The card was small and was supplied in a a large envelope, it didnt look very professional.
