Great to personalise
The recipient liked the birthday card,and it was delivered on time. I have always had good service with Moonpig.

Appalling company - the special birthday card didnt/hasnt arrived thus as far as the recipient (a relative) was concerned I didn't remember her very special celebration! Plus: Moonpig has no phone number & no immediate email facility. I want a refund but if I cant contact anyone!!? I wont give up on this refund....People mainly use Moonpig to ensure quick delivery of cards etc - so if they cant do that they might as well close the company. I note that Moonpig mostly gets reviews like mine!

Excellent quality card with superb printing
Good product but no communication when I was unsure if the card had been delivered. I paid extra for quick delivery also. It did arrive in time but your delivery website did not notify me it had arrived so i had to email you to check and no one replied to me.
It would have been good if you had sent it instead of mixing it up with somebody else’s.
My daughter-in-law loved the card
Moonpig didn't print the personalised message I typed out so the recipient didn't know who the card was from
