The process was very complicated but despite mistakes it’s very appreciated!
Easter card and chocolates ordered to be sent as an Easter gift and paid extra for next day delivery. Didn’t arrive for 5 days !! too late for Easter. Moonpig not interested offered a refund of £3.99 order cost me almost £30.

Little expensive but good selection of Cards. Problem with Delivery as Notified as delivered. Upon checking it had not. Luckily a Neighbour found it and brought Card and Egg around to my Brother's Care Home, as he is Autistic. The Royal Mail should be more careful on delivery.

Like this card & enabled me to tell my family, miss them. Know it’s going to get to them on time. Have sent cards from Australia& some get there some do not, always way after the time suppose to be there.
As I sent this card directly, I held faith that the quality of it would be as it has always been with the many cards I have purchased delivered directly or delivered to myself and that is perfect…. Thank you
